“We’ve held off for a long time when it comes to replacing the e-mail course booking system we’ve been using for nearly 25yrs. But with everyone now so used to booking and purchasing online we felt we couldn’t hold off any longer. The new system will streamline the booking process without compromising the tailored approach and customer focus that we pride ourselves on when it comes to our mountain bike skills courses”. said Firecrest MTB’s founder Ian Warby.
“We’ve always recognised that booking a course with us is the first stage in our customers journey. Despite the benefits of having customers e-mailing us with an enquiry and being able to run through the course options, switching the booking to our online partner will enable us to improve the booking process in many other ways, not least speeding up the whole process and letting everyone see our course availability live and to pay online” Ian continued.

The new online booking site has a number of options when it comes to viewing our course availability but the easiest way to view the courses is via the Timetable view. In this view all of the dates can be viewed easily and you can choose a date to suit. When you’ve chosen the date for your course you’ll be taken through the booking and payment process and receive a confirmation e-mail with all of our contact details should you have any questions specific requirements or need any additional information prior to your course.
We have listed all of the dates available as customisable 1-2-1 courses but if you want to bring a friend of book a group session all of the dates shown can be booked for up to 6 participants. Please use the contact page to send us an e-mail with your requirements and we’ll come straight back to you with the options for the date of your choice.
