The 2012 mountain bike race season has seen Firecrest Fitness Trained Riders moving closer to the top step of the podium at races across the globe. Mark (Baines) has been working hard on their season goals and between them and with a bit of skils coaching from Ian, Firecrest Trained Athletes have had a great season.
With a few races left in 2012 there’s no time like the present to switch your focus to 2013. Mark’s offers a range of fitness training packages and here are the details and costs you need to get started.
Four week training program – £30 per program.
Includes: Initial consultation and personalised training program for the next four weeks.
Ongoing training program and feedback – £50 per person
Includes: Initial consultation and personalised training program on an ongoing basis. Feedback and program development on an ongoing basis.
Combined Skills and Fitness Training Course 3hrs – £150 per person
Includes: 3hrs on Aston Hill working on your skills with Ian for 2hrs and a your fitness with Mark for 1hr. Both sessions are focused on utalising the trail to develop your skills and fitness.
